| Info of Journal | Important Note: As of Volume 5, Issue 2, 2022, ethical committee approval is mandatory for all research conducted in all scientific disciplines. Articles without ethical committee approval will not be considered for evaluation. A similarity report is mandatory for article submissions (it must be less than 20%). If the manuscript has been presented at a scientific conference, published as an abstract or extended abstract, or derived from a thesis, the author must indicate this in the notes section when uploading the manuscript to the system. | Aim and Scope | The main objective of the Turkish Journal of Sports Sciences is to contribute to the theoretical and applied fields of sports sciences and to create a scientific platform where scientists can share their knowledge, experience, evaluations, opinions, and suggestions, thereby contributing to research in this field at the national level.
The Turkish Journal of Sports Sciences publishes original research articles and review-type publications (comprehensive articles covering the latest literature, meta-analysis studies, model proposals, case presentations, discussions, etc.) that possess scientific quality. It is also an online journal that adopts an open access policy and publishes special sections (editorial, letters to the editor, problems and solutions in sports, sports science conference news/impressions, sports science association news, website introductions, book and thesis introductions). The Turkish Journal of Sports Sciences publishes original research articles and review-type publications (comprehensive articles covering the latest literature, meta-analysis studies, model proposals, case presentations, discussions, etc.) of a scientific nature. Additionally, it is an online journal that adopts an open-access policy, publishing special sections (Editorial, Letters to the Editor, Issues and Solutions in Sports, Sports Sciences Conference News/Reviews, Sports Sciences Association News, Website Reviews, Book and Thesis Reviews).
