Info of Journal | The Journal of the Academic Meat and Dairy Institution is a national, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the General Directorate of the Meat and Dairy Institution under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey. It is published twice a year in Turkish. The Academic Journal of the Meat and Milk Institution covers topics such as food hygiene and technology, food safety, food safety management systems, quality management systems, public health, gastronomy, veterinary sciences (anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, histology, embryology, history of veterinary medicine, deontology, pharmacology and toxicology, microbiology, parasitology, pathology, virology, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, insemination and artificial insemination, biostatistics, animal nutrition and nutritional diseases, animal health economics and management, zootechnics) are published in the form of original research, case reports, short communications, current and invited reviews, and letters to the editor. Review articles are accepted if they are original, contain the latest innovations, and do not repeat classical information. | ||||||||||||||
Aim and Scope | The Journal of the Academic Meat and Dairy Institution is a national, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the General Directorate of the Meat and Dairy Institution under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey, featuring scientific articles.
