| Info of Journal | The primary objective of the Justice Journal, published by the Ministry of Justice, is to contribute to the field of legal science. The Justice Journal, which aims to present our country’s legal heritage, provide commentary, analysis, and research on these topics, and, when necessary, undertake historical studies to bring archives into the present day, carries out its work with this awareness, focusing on both the scientific and practical aspects of law. Given its position, the Justice Journal occupies a place between both academic circles and practice/judicial circles. In the context of presenting studies aimed at both professional fields, the convergence of the accumulated knowledge of both fields is also a consideration. Strengthening the journal’s academic identity and, based on this, preparing a platform for the discussion of views on theory and practice within an academic framework are among the journal’s objectives. By presenting academic knowledge and knowledge related to practice, the Justice Journal aims to contribute to the policies implemented and to be implemented by the Ministry of Justice and to benefit from them. Given its position, the Justice Journal occupies a place between both academic circles and practice/judicial circles.
