| Info of Journal | The Journal of Military History Research is a national, peer-reviewed periodical published annually.
Published continuously once a year under the name “Military History Bulletin” from 1976 to 2003, the journal became a national, peer-reviewed journal in 2003. Since then, the journal has continued to be published twice a year under the name “Journal of Military History Studies” and has been published as a single issue since May 2017. The journal publishes articles based entirely on research and deemed appropriate by the journal’s referees, prepared using primary and secondary sources on military history. In this context, the journal aims to inform readers about Turkish military history and contribute to academic studies.
