All issues of the Journal of Akdeniz University Faculty of Law are accessible via HeinOnline, Jurix and the TUBITAK ULAKBIM TR Index Legal (https://app.trdizin.gov.tr/dergi/TVRBNU5UVT0/akdeniz-universitesi-hukuk-fakultesi-dergisi) Databases. The articles can be sent only via Dergipark, otherwise not accepted by e-mail. The deadline for our first issue (June) is April 15 and the deadline for our second issue (December) is October 15. The articles submitted after these dates will be processed for the next issue.
Akdeniz University Faculty of Law Journal Call for Papers Special Issue in Honor of Professor Dr. Peter Hay: On the occasion of the 90th birthday of distinguished legal scholar Professor Dr. Peter Hay, Akdeniz University Faculty of Law Journal is preparing a special issue to be published in 2025, dedicated to his outstanding contributions to Private International Law and Comparative Law. Throughout his illustrious academic career, Professor Hay has profoundly influenced the field through his pioneering work on the relationships between American, German, and European Private Law systems. His publications, teaching, and international engagements have left a lasting mark on the legal world. We would be honored to receive a contribution from you for this commemorative issue. We especially welcome articles that address topics aligned with Professor Hay’s areas of expertise or offer critical reflections inspired by his scholarly legacy. Suggested Topics Include: Submission Deadline: November 15, 2025 Languages Accepted: Turkish, English, German, French. We look forward to your valuable contribution to this special issue that pays tribute to Professor Peter Hay’s scholarly achievements and influence. |

| Aim and Scope | The aim of the Journal of Akdeniz University Faculty of Law is to ensure the sharing and accessibility of qualified and original publications in the field of private law and public law in the legal world, and in this way, to serve the law by publishing solution proposals for both traditional and current and technological problems of law.
The Journal of Akdeniz University Faculty of Law is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year in June and December, which includes articles, book reviews, legislative evaluations, informative notes, and translations in the fields of private and public law. |
