The Journal of Anatolian Medicine is a publication of the Department of Traditional, Complementary and Functional Medicine Practices of the General Directorate of Health Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey and is planned to be published three times a year.
It is a basic condition that all studies to be included in the journal must be studies specific to the field of traditional, complementary and integrative medicine.
Articles submitted for publication must be written in accordance with the Anatolian Medicine Journal article template and submitted through the DERGİPARK article system. A separate page, in addition to the text, must include a signed undertaking by the authors (and for research articles, a “research ethics permission approval”). The short title of the article must be written in an appropriately short manner in the article upload system. Questions, comments, and suggestions can be contacted via the e-mail address “anadolutibbidergisi@saglik.gov.tr” or the phone number (0312) 471 7885 (Sevcan Yıldırım).
Attention to our authors: After the publication of a new issue of our journal, the authors must review the manuscripts, and any missing or incorrect information must be reported to the journal editorial office within the first three (3) days of publication. If this period is exceeded, no corrections can be made.
Aim and Scope  The aim of the Journal of Anatolian Medicine is to ensure the production of “scientific knowledge” on traditional and complementary medicine issues, to increase the effectiveness of scientific knowledge in medical practice, to create a knowledge pool, to ensure the sharing of experiences, and to increase the efforts of researchers working in the field of traditional and complementary medicine to write scientific articles in the field.

The Journal of Anatolian Medicine is a peer-reviewed academic journal published periodically by the Department of Traditional Complementary and Functional Medicine Practices of the General Directorate of Health Services of the Ministry of Health. The essential requirement is that all studies included in the journal be studies specific to the field of traditional and complementary medicine.
