Aim and Scope

Regardless of their field, those who seek and produce control time. Those who remain have become accustomed to waiting, resigned to their role as consumers. This also means that those who find and produce live as they please, while others direct their lives. It could be said that developed societies are those that work, seek, examine, question, and evaluate.

On the other hand, the rapid development of communication tools and their ever-shrinking size have made access to documents and information easier. This has also facilitated access to a wider audience, reducing the time involved in the supply-demand system and increasing the audience. Thus, mass communication tools have made interaction between individuals and the masses more functional and powerful. As time goes by, people become more dependent on these increasingly smaller communication tools and seek to solve more of their problems through them.

The advancement of civilizations in the production economy has led to the advancement of systematics. Thus, working functionally, beyond mere work, and using time productively, have become paramount. This has become crucial in breaking down matter into smaller pieces, classifying them, defining them, and determining their function.

Social sciences is a field where truth is constantly debated. Because every individual has succeeded in expanding the definition of humanity. Therefore, succeeding in existing in these fields is a valuable asset in itself. However, knowledge of the literature, along with the purpose, scope, and limitations, and the right methodology, propels individuals with open awareness to the forefront in these fields.

Among living civilizations, Turkish civilization is one of those that has contributed most to human heritage. This heritage, characterized by gentleness, humility, cleanliness, and purity, offers much more to be achieved by both the world and the region. Although it may experience periods of stagnation from time to time, when ideals and constitutional harmony are achieved, it is quite easy for the Turkish nation to achieve achievements that would surprise almost everyone. It is believed that this harmony requires greater dedication, discipline, and open-mindedness, especially in the social sciences.

Introverted societies cannot progress, and insularity is unthinkable, especially in nations like the Turkish nation, which is extremely open to developments, always looking outward, and never indifferent to any movement. Monitoring every movement in the universe, especially cultures that have added value since the past, should be considered the primary duty of Turkish scientists.

Hars Academy magazine, Eb / B in the Gokturk alphabet, which can also mean tent / house / nomad / dormitory / country / world, which has an important function for Turkish civilization. The letter “A” was chosen as its logo. The purpose of this is to show that Turkish society, which has never stepped back from integrating with the world, has always lived by its general values.

Hars Academy magazine aims to support studies in the fields of culture, art and architecture, both at home and abroad, by accepting the fundamental values of Turkish culture as its basis.

We hope that Hars Academy magazine will contribute to Turkish culture and request the support of those concerned as writers, readers and referees.
