| Info of Journal | Starting its publication life in 2003 with the former title “Kelam Araştırmaları Dergisi” (ISSN: 1309-2030), “Kader” (after 2017, e-ISSN: 2602-2710) is an open-access journal adopting the principle of free scientific online publishing since its establishment. Kader is currently published by Mehmet Bulgen on behalf a scientific board formed by the academics of Kalam Departments across many universities in Türkiye. Since its establishment, the journal has been bringing together academic research focusing on Kalam Studies with the scientific society. In this respect, Kader is one of the first journals with this unique scope in the field of Islamic theology and philosophy. | Aim and Scope | Kader focuses on Islamic faith and comparative studies on faith with the aim to contribute to the current knowledge and discussions of a broader understanding of Kalam studies. The major readers of the journal are researchers, students and related academic institutions. Kader primarily publishes research articles, article translations and book reviews in both Turkish and English using double-blind peer review for all its publications. The final decision on whether or not to publish the articles belongs to the editor-in-chief. The editor’s decision is final.
