| Info of Journal | The Kafkas University Journal of Management and Informatics (KAUJOMI) is an international, peer-reviewed academic journal published in June and December. The journal features original scientific articles written in Turkish and English. Priority is given to studies prepared in areas such as management, information technologies, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data science, software development, e-commerce, Industry 4.0, innovation management, and entrepreneurship.No publication fee is charged for articles in our journal. The similarity rate of submitted manuscripts must not exceed 20%.
The reviewer pool of our journal is continuously being expanded; therefore, authors are encouraged to suggest field-specific expert reviewers during the submission process. KAUJOMI is committed to maintaining publication quality through adherence to academic ethical principles, impartiality, transparency, and a double-blind peer-review process. |
| Aim and Scope | Kafkas University Journal of Management and Informatics aims to support interdisciplinary knowledge production and sharing by focusing on the interaction between management and information technologies. In this regard, our primary objective is to foster collaboration among researchers and contribute to the advancement of the fields of management and informatics by publishing original research and review studies at both national and international levels.Our journal publishes articles in December and June, accepting a wide range of studies from theoretical discussions to applied research. In this context, articles prepared in fields such as management information systems, organizational behavior, leadership, human resource management, entrepreneurship, information systems, artificial intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, and sustainability fall within the scope of publication. |
