——————————-Sosyal Mucit Academic Review is a double-blind peer review international refereed journal published four in a year (March-July-October-December). This journal aims at publishing conceptual, theoretical and qualitative studies related to sociology of economy, work and organization. The main reason for this aim stems from publishing studies that are understood by not only academicians, graduate and PhD students, but also individuals and practitioners in society. In addition, quantitative studies within the scope of the journal have been accepted. The language of this journal is both English and Turkish, and the Turkish articles need to have an extended English abstract.

Sosyal Mucit Academic Review (SMAR) is an international journal that aims at publishing theoretically informed and original research on sociology of economy, work and organization.

Sosyal Mucit Academic Review (SMAR) publishes high-quality articles of significant intellectual interest to managers, consultants, academics, students and individuals who are interested in sociology of economy, work and organization. The language of the journal is Turkish and English. Articles in Turkish include an extended English abstract. Thus, the journal will reach international readers.

SMAR has been published by the support of Erhan Aydın Akademi and Malton London Consultancy within the scope of Social Mucit (Social Inventor) Project. The project focuses on creating a link between scholarly discussion and society. Thus, the papers that submit to the journal should have a clear discussion and presentation of knowledge. Since our target readers include individuals who are not academician, an article should clearly state the research problem, the importance of the problematic and suggestions to practitioners/scholarly work.
