We are delighted to welcome you to the December 2, 2024 issue of TÜRKLAD, its eighth volume.This issue of our journal contains a total of 15 articles, 10 written in Turkish from Turkey, four in Azerbaijani Turkish, and one in Afghan Turkmen Turkish. | Aim and Scope | The aim of the International Journal of Turkish Dialect Studies (TÜRKLAD) is to serve the field of Turkish studies by publishing studies that address the “national and indigenous” material of Turkish studies, drawing on the universal principles of science, values, and methods. TÜRKLAD’s goals include contributing to the field by publishing original articles on the Turkish language and its dialects, providing data analysis, organizing resources for other research related to the field, and providing new perspectives and methods for research in the field. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
